my issue is still not resolved from feb 2016!!!!

<p>I bought my house with Seeff was assisted by Khosi Sibiya last year in July 2016 my house was registered December 2015.The was a compliance certificate issued **********ly as nothing was fixed in the house as the elctrician was not paid .I reported this last time on hello peter in February and Phindi Mphahlele and Joseph from Seeff pretended like they wanted to help but they were lying .Phindi was the original property seller agent. I cannot stay in that house as there are huge electrical problem. They did not give me my water prepared card or my electricity prepared card which is also *****. How can I buy water or electricity in that house. I moved out as i am scared one day it will explode again or i might run out of water or electricity. I will take this to the papers and I will sue Seeff if this is not resolved and now I want to be compensated very much for me not being able to staying in my house waiting for these people who have been apologizing and coming from February 2016.now its been 6 months, I do not even recommend anyone to buy anything with Seeff they will make your biggest asset your worse mistake. I was sent the compliance certificate and whatever that was supposing supposed to be done was not. So you guys issue staff **********ly. I will look into taking this to the property agents board if this is not dealt with properly. Or court .I asked over and over for the water and electricity cards nothing. . Now i demand to be reimburse for all the stress you guys have caused. Get back to Asap!!!!!!i want to stay in my house that you sold me .sort out my issue!!!!!!!(now what happend) This issue has not yet been solved even now. I had scheduled a meeting with Khosi and Shawn on the 29 October 2016, We did not meet up. The electrician did go to the house and confirmed that there are faults yet this issue is still not resolved. What has hurt me the most is finding out that when I complaint in February 2016 and Phindi was handling my matter she sent a guy by the name of Joseph who use to be her old work collogue for Prime estate who she used to work. That guy came to my house at 8pm and **** and said that Seeff ah received my complaint and they dealing with . But He was sent by Phindile to come to my house at night. What I want to know is if he ****d or did anything to me what was going to happen than. I opended my house for him thinking he is from Seeff while he ****. How do you guys do business? These are the things I wanted to address on the meeting that did not happened. This issue has been affecting me, I was even sick recently and was in hospital . Shawn said he will resolve this he failing . Again Seeff fails. You have made my first property to be a nightmare and a regret to why I did it with Seeff. I will escalate it to Speak out now and have the EAAB of South Africa. THIS IS TOTALLY UNFAIR . And I am not being assisted at all.</p>
