We moved out of the property on the 1st of September 2021 and even did the landlord a favor by moving out on 3 days notice . We are still yet to receive our deposit back due to an issue regarding water damage in the kitchen that we noted down in the inspection report and failed to do a co-inspection with. The landlords daughter Elisbe and Michael van Heerden are not professional and their lawyers are not getting back to us. Do not use Seeff or rent from Danie . they are money hungry snakes.
