Money hungry and withhold deposits

Seeff is the worst rental agents around. they let you a property that is delapedating then allow there clients to breech lease from signing the contract. then with hold your deposit. All the want is there commission. what is the point of an agent. I would advise anyone reading this to stay away from Seeff and if unlucky take them to small claims court asap
