Misled by Seeff Tulbagh

<p>We bought a vacant plot thru Seeff Tulbagh and after enquiries about specific building restrictions, received written confirmation from Niel that there were none. When we wanted to submit our plans we were informed by the Witzenberg municipality that there is a registered sewer servitude diagonally across the property. After numerous calls and empty promises from Mr Pierre Germishuys we are still unable to build. It's been 6 months and our calls are not being returned. Utterly unprofessional and poor service.</p>
