MISLED, **** AND ****MED BY SEEFF ZIMBALI AND NORTH COAST

We recently purchased a property from Seeff Zimabli and North Coast. Utterly disgusted with the lies, deceit and **** by their estate agent and no consideration from the principal whatsoever. We were falsely misled and deceived. The property was purchased for R2.8 million. However, there are damages, dampness with mould and underpinning to the property that is required totalling R1.1 million thus far. Extensions to the property purchased does not have plans. When our concerns were mentioned we were told that we can go ahead and report them to the PPRA. The whole sale process was a total nightmare which I don't wish upon anyone. This property is currently causing sleepless nights. We are paying bond for a house that we have not moved in yet which is very hazardous to my family and I. We are proceeding with legal action against Seeff
