Misleading sale of property

I can't share with you how much frustration I currently have with this insufficient service.<br> <br> Firstly I feel mislead by the by the correspondence I have received. Whereby I was assured telephonically and by email that my house was sold, and I can continue in accepting my loan offer from the bank on my next property.<br> My signed documents is with the attorneys.<br> I have signed and accepted a new bond. <br> I must find out that my first property has not even been sold.<br> I must find out from the attorneys that there has not even been a legit offer from the bank on my so called sold property, nor has the purchaser signed at the attorneys.<br> <br> There has been no hesitation from Seeff to change the adverti*****t board in front of my property to SOLD. What has really been sold?<br> <br> Is the service I am getting really worth R94 050.00? (Just Seeff's fee)<br> <br> I will hold Seeff responsible for the monthly repayments, rates & taxes on the house that was \supposedly sold"by them.<br> I would also like to claim dividends from the free adverti*****t that Seeff currently has.<br> <br> All the good adverti*****t is doing for Seeff will be undone by its swiftly following reputation."""
