Incompetence in Rental Agents from Seeff Strand

We leased out our family home through Seeff in Strand, Western Cape, and after the previous tenants was evicted due to non payment and damages to our home we decided to withdraw the leasing of our home and move back into our own home. Seeff has already ligned up other tenants and without approval signatures form the owners had the tenants come down to the Cape from Johannesburg. They asked us to assist with housing these tenants only for the month of November 2015 without a contract in order for them to find alternative housing. We agreed to assist them and gave Seeff notice of our move from Johannesburg to Strand on the 7th of December 2015. Needless to say the rental manager promised us the tenants will be out, but when our furniture was supposed to be delivered the tenants was still in our home with no other place to go. Stuttaford Van Lines had no alternative but to take our furniture back to their warehouse and re-issue me with a new quotation of R7900.20 to re-deliver my furniture. I am forced to seek legal guidance by the Rental housing tribunal of Western Cape government and my attorneys at clientele legal. The frustration has taken it's toll on us.
