improper conduct of an agent at seeff

Where do i begin. I bought a property in randburg the agent Tessa Uren - this has been going on since last year december which is still not registered in our name and now the pta deeds will close till 17 april to relocate so i am in a race against time. The agent complained that the seller still didnt have a place to go she had me sign a addendum to say we will register close to end march when i asked for a date to move in when i gave notice at my rental Tessa said we will go according to contract which is on registration that is where i realized that the intention was not to register close to end march but more to delay the registration then after everything was done the agent called me and in writing let me know that the sellers divorce order was outstanding - something that was supposed to be collected from the seller at beginning of transaction and with fica in my understanding the seller said she had it but never produced it and the agent enabled the process of this delay so at the time when the property should have been up for registration it couldnt cause of these papers delaying the whole transaction where the attorneys only went to court after 27/2 to request it - i had to put her on terms (warning to cancel ) about 13/3 where she expressed that she will move and start packing and that we will arrange for early occupation. Now that we at the end of the month of march where i tried to communicate with seeff manager Detmar |he said that the attorneys are dealing with it and that the attorneys will arrange but the director of the attorneys said its not his responsibility and seeff must arrange - i havent been able to speak to anyone at seeff manager isnt answering my calls or my whazups The office of snymans now says that the seller will not give early occupation only on registration - it feels like i am being told what i want to hear but then when the time comes the story change again - i need urgent assistance from seeff to assist in early occupation of the property should we not make the cut off for the pta deeds office - i am in shock that an agent and agency can conduct themselves in this manner
