Horrible service from SEEFF properties Polokwane

My nightmare began when I bought a" VACANT" flat in Shingwedzi complex in Penina park, assisted by Rian Bukes and Anri Callow from Seeff properties polokwane branch. # Upon registration I get an email to say my flat is now registered but somehow the agency could not provide me with the keys to my flat claiming the previous owner refused them the key due to an outstanding amount to the conveyencer's account # After so many calls and attempts, Anri (The Agent) makes me an offer to say, she has access to the previous owner so she can get the key and rent out the flat for me. # I verbally agree until I see the rental amount was ridiculous, The flats are rented for around R 4,500 at max and she made mine R 3,500 including her commission. I therefore turn down her business offer

# This is already about 2nd week after registration and I still don't have access to my house, Fast forward towards month end I pay up the outstanding fees to the lawyers....full month gone I don't have access but i am already legally liable to the flat #The beginning of the second month already but I still have no access to my house and no occupational rent is paid to my account...On the 4th of November(2nd month) I receive my keys to a flat on viewing was clean,intact and VACANT. its now dirty sink, showers, broken cupboards and greasy stove. While I was denied access to my house Seeff properties under Anri and Beukes was collecting rental income on my behalf to their pockets while i'm liable for the Bond costs. As I write this review no attempt to rectify the problem has been made by neither Seeff properties nor the lawyers who handled the transaction *** and ***. (DU RANDT & LOUW ING)

Pure unprofessionalism experienced from the service of all these parties. pure bullying and no use from the lawyers themselves.
