Home Owners/Buyers - Think twice in selecting a Property company to represent you

<p>I was sadly involved in a battle of agent commissions in trying to view a property under sole mandate with SEEFF. Whilst the agent was trying to out do the other in commission they told me that a property I was keen to see was sold. I then asked a colleague at work to enquire about the property and whilst on speaker phone in the office the SEEFF agent confirmed that the property was in the market and the owner is very much neg with his price</p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say we felt shocked and disappointed in such ********* conduct in dealing with such a reputable real estate brand! </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
