Gross negligence and deceit

<p>STEER CLEAR from Seeff George. I've been locked in a 2.5 year legal battle with them. The gist of it was that despite me specifying the type of property I wanted, they tried to sell me something that was *******. Acting on legal advice I cancelled the deal. Seeff then took me to court to claim their commission. I won the subsequent court case. They appealed to the cape high court. Their appeal was thrown out today with costs owed to me. Fortunately I'm financially able to stand up to what I see as financial bullying. I cannot say enough, do not buy any property from this Seeff franchise. If you want to buy in George, use Sothebys Lew Geffen, specifically Marsha Brand. She has sold me three properties... she's ethical, honest and completely transparent!</p>
