getting paid is more important than providing a service.

<p>My apartment was up for renewal, and with much hesitation i was forced to renew with Ryan from Seeff, with constant calls, and emails. i requested the figures be sent to me before i can finalise or sign the lease regarding the procurement cost, as this was an unmanaged lease. However i was not notifified or CC'd in the email to my tenant to pay the agent directly. Nor i was i informed that the commission would be collect. I HAVE NOT CONFIRMED OR SIGNED THE LEASE YET. once his comission was collected.. the emails and call stopped. no follow up regarding the email.. and this was 5 months ago. </p> <p> </p> <p>The only reply i got was when i emailed his entire company.. and it has been two since then and no response regarding resolving the matter.. also i cannot get hold of RYAN. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
