FRUSTRATED
Our contact has expired and Melanie from Seeff Polokwane insissted when we queried the shower which was broken since we have moved in that we should sign a new contact but with an additional 1/2 dep. We found a place an gave a 3week notice as our contract states that when it expires we will be renting from month to month. As per the contract she was supposed to give us 40days notice regarding the contract. Not even to mention the increase procedure.... All the faults on our move in inspection she wanted to say that we need to pay for it. No real assistance. Just lies as she confirmed this...

13 Feb 2019, 13:51Very rude email received stating a months notice is still required but it doesn't state so on the contract. Stuff we know wasn't broken and to top it she declines knowing we are moved out until afterwards. Now I know why these people were on Carte Blanche.
