False advertising

I called in connection with a house for rent on the Internet. Nobody answered so I left a voice mail. No response. So I called again the following evening and the lady rep**** she didn't know how to retrieve voice mail. She took us to see the home 2 days later. We liked the property and accepted to take it. Price was R9200 p/month.minutes later we received details for banking details and straight after she called saying people that also viewed the house after us were willing to pay R10400. If we can match it? This is false advertising as she claimed the owner now wanted more for rent. Minutes later price was instantly changed on internet to R10400!!! Why was this only then changed if they were aware of price change and why not tell us before entering the Premises! They are money greed and very very unprofessional!!!!! I am desperately seeking a rental home and with their type of service will never find a home!! They are false and money greed auctioneer actors!!!! Don't believe their prices on the internet they're lies!!
