Dont do it for targets

I pp**** for a house and it was approved by SA Home loans. I kindly declined the offer because of the of the installments. I saw one of your properties at a reasonable price of 330000 in Soshanguve block xx. Called the agent in charge of the sale we went for viewing and i was pleased. We then gave the agent our documents to apply for the property. Our application was declined by all banks except Fnb that said we could pay an installment of 4100. Your agent emailed on Monday and told me have until friday 31/03/2017 wether to accept or declined the offer. Today 06:57 I emailed the agent and told her we decline the offer because again of the installment. My reply was that unfortunately i can't do that because they have already signed a binding offer. So in my mind i am thinking which binding offer did i sign? Was it ever explained to me that i am signing a binding offer of so i would have not signed because i am a consumer i chooses a decision that is best for me and I'm still shopping around. A binding offers is a serious matter and had i known im signing one i would have signed a non binding... So I'm being forced to purchase a property that i no longer want? I Will send my complaint also to fnb and the ombudsman. Because i was given until Friday. Friday i rejected and im told i can't. Who Will pay the installment?
