DISRESPECTFUL SEEF AGENT - JOHAN HAMMAN!

<p>My Husband and I have finally decided we are ready to buy our first home. We started the hunt and found a beautiful home we instantly fell in love with, we waisted no time and got in contact with the agent to view the house, however this has been a nightmare from the start. I've never met someone so arrogant and disrespectful in my life! Upon viewing the house he thretended us by pushing us into a corner and saying things like do not offer any lower than the advertising price because he {the owner} will go find his money in his {the agent} commission etc... We were horrified by the experience. We decided to apply for pre-approval to find out what we could afford and offer on, when we got our pre-approval certificate we were very hestitant but because we really liked the house we decided to meet with the agent once again to put in an offer on the house. This agent firstly laughed at our offer and secondly refused to put our offer in writing, we had to force him to put in our offer, he kept telling us he would give the owner our offer verbally. After a huge struggle with him we eventually made a written offer {which we were not given a copy of} and this morning the agent calls me to advise us that the owner has declined our offer, I told him that is fine, we accept however we would like it in writing and signed by the owner please. This agent has refused to give it in writing and insists this is not how it works. Again laughed at me and said his confirming verbally the owner has declined. The call got cut and we are left with nothing but a bitter experience.</p>
