Dishonest, unprofessional services. Seeff Umlangha

I'm still in shock with service recieved from Seeff Umlangha. This is so difficult to accept. Paid for a place to rent during lockdown without viewing. Paid rental for 3 months upfront aswel. On the day I was promised the keys I was given the run around by the agent .She never kept to her word.I later became suspicious and requested a viewing because I was told the the current tenants was cleaning up the apartment. However the agent never got back to me until late evening telling me to fetch the keys from a neighbor to view.When i went to view I was surprised because the agent told me the place was been cleaned early in the day but the place was absolutely dirty, had dampness on main Bedroom walls and other parts of the apartment aswel. Bathroom ceiling had moss.Agent Alwene Els has been so unprofessional .Called the agent immediately and expressed my concern and asked how did the place qualify to be rented out by the agency and that to as sole letting and managing agents. I was told to keep the keys with me and it will be fetched the next morning and place will be sorted out and also the agent did not live far from my home. Agent only comes through at 11 :00 the next day also being the 1st I was to be given occupancy and it never happened. I was promised the place on the 3 june at 12:00 unfortunately that never happened aswel. Went ahead and cancelled the lease and they have not refunded. There was no respect for me as a client. I understand a client to be both your seller and buyer and a lesser and lessee they both are clients and deserve equal respect. Seeff Umlangha and the agent fail to deliver and give me occupancy of the apartment yet be so dishonest about everything. They now lie I was given keys by the agent yet I went for a viewing on my own too due to suspicion of what took place on the day I was promised the keys. Totally unacceptable. I thought this would have been resolved ethically and honestly unfortunately I was wrong. I still can not believe this situation.
