Dishonest and Pathetic

<p>IMy company placed an adverti*****t in their smartdirectory. Keri Cross confirmed in writing that our payment of R2907.00 can be done over three months, starting December, January and February. Payment for Decemeber and January was made during the months, February still due (we are still in February arent we).</p> <p>Today I received a letter of demand from PRS & Associates demanding the amount of R3344.42 plus cost and off course listing us with the credit bureau due to none payment. Surely this mess on behalf of seeff needed to be sorted out asap. NOT SO EASY.</p> <p>To get hold of Keri Cross is not possible, Leonie Swart from the Pretoria branch is also not responding and</p> <p>Rupert Kruger from advertising is still yet to give me an answer regarding the above. At this point it is impossible to sort out the problem with seeff bearing in mind the payments was made and the letter of demand therefore ********l. PRS & Associates in the meantime are going ahead with action as per instruction from seeff.</p> <p>Samuel Seeff you must be very proud to emplooy such a bunch of useless people who are either unreachable or dont bother to return your calls. If they do, in Rupert case, well dont expect any further feedback. Further more Samuel, if this is the state your accounts department is in by handing over an account regarless the fact that you did receive the amount is shamefull and mindboggeling.</p> <p>My advice to people ; Never advertise in seeff's booklet "smartdirectory" and think twice before trusting this company with your money - imaging what can go wrong when you trust them with thousands or millions paid into their account and they still summons you.</p> <p>You ow me an appoligy.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
