Deposit refund outstanding for 9 months

The customer service focus is not always true to the Seeff values and I will definitively not entrust my future property dealings with them. The Klerksdorp branch kept our deposit hostage for 9 months and today I was informed that the branch permanently closed. How do I get my refund?
