Consultant did not reply on my emails calls & sms

I saw a for a house for rental in Moroka (soweto) by Seeff properties on the Property24 website, i responded to the ad and no one called me back and then i received an email from Shawn Mackrell from seeff wanting to know if i have received any calls from them and i rep**** and told him that i have not received a call. Shawn did not reply to my email i sent another one and CC's Khosi and still no one responded. i sent Khosi an sms she did not respond i called her on her cellphone and she never called me back and then i ended up calling the Glenvista branch on Monday a lady answered and she told me that Khosi is not in the office she will take my detals and ask Khosi to give me a call, till today i have not received any response and i have made an inquiry on the 2/3/2015. all i need was someone to respond to me and i must say i was so ignored by both Shawn and Khosi
