<p>I bought my house with Seeff was assisted by Khosi Sibiya last year in July 2016 my house was registered December 2015.The was a compliance certificate issued **********yl as nothing was fixed in the house as the elctrician was not paid .I reported this last time on hello peter in Februiary and Phindi Mphahlele and Joseph from Seeff pretended like they wanted to help but they were lying.Phindi was the original property seller agent.I can not stay in that house as there are huge electrtical problem.They did not give me my water prepared card or my electricity prepared card which is also *****.How can I buy water or electricity in that house.I moved out as i am scared one day it will explode again or i might run out of water or electricity.I will take this to the papers and I will sue Seeff if this is not resolved and now I want to be compensated very much for me not being able to staying in my house waiting for these people who have been apologising and coming from February 2016.now its been 6 months, I do not even recommend anyone to buy anything with Seeff they will make your biggest asset your worse mistake.I was sent the compliance certiffiacte and whatever that was supposingly suppose to be done was not.So you guys issue staff farudulently. I will look into taking this to the property agents board if this is not dealt with properly.Or court .I asked over and over for the water and electricity cards nothing. . Now i demand to be reimburse for all the stress you guys have caused.get bact to Asap!!!!!!</p>
