Completely uninterested in our account

<p>We approached Seeff looking for a commercial property to buy in the Sandton Area. </p> <p>Jannie Wessels (MD Seeff Commercial Properties, Agent and Principal of the SEEFF HOUSE in Sandton) rep**** very kindly to my request, saying that Steven Forster would be presenting a few properties to us. That was back in the 10th of August! Since then, we have sent countless emails, only to receive a message back on Monday demanding us to sign an NDA (even after having confirmed over the phone and via email that we had not approached any other real estate companies) - No apology whatsoever for the delay on their side, just a "sign this NDA attached" request. We signed the document and once again - SILENCE. I have asked them to contact me via email as getting hold of me over the phone is very difficult and I also do not want to waste my time talking about properties over the phone without having seen facts and photos of what they are offering.</p> <p>I have copied both Jannie and Steven on my emails and none of them have bothered to reply back. So I mentioned that I would be posting my complaint on HelloPeter and here I am, warning others that if you are looking for a PROACTIVE TEAM and if time has value to you, this is NOT the place to go to. I am taking my investment where it will be taken seriously. Judjing by the negative reviews I just saw on this page, I am making the right decision.</p>
