This is my complaint to Seeff, Soweto. For poor service,lack of transparency and loyalty during the sale process. After the successful sale the agent has been AWOL... without doing all the below: further more I have ****** by Seeff agent Floyd Thoo, who exposed me in unfair property sale deal. His job as an agent is to make sure that both parties are happy, no action has been taken everyone drags their legs. As if buying property is as easy as buying a chap**** This fueled me up even more, after i requested that this matter be referred to a senior management still nothing. 1. Poor prolonged resolution 2. Lack of follow up 3. Lack of empathy 4. Poor Customer service 5. No handover process 6. No property check 7.No Sense of urgency I am very disappointed to state that none of Seeff customer service email accounts are in order, I tried several different methods to send this message, its sad that all of them bounce back. This is a daylight ******* from Floyd Thoo, Seeff Soweto.
