Bad Service Seeff Properties

I needed a place to rent in Pinetown. I made contact with Nolwazi Mapekula who requested documents which we supp****, I was then told that the application has been approved. I was then asked to pay an invoice and after hearing that they were using a different bank than mine then asked her weather will they need the money to reflect first before we can move in I was told that a proof of payment will be sufficient. After sending all that was required then Nolwazi told us that her manager Sne Mkhize has told her that they can only handover once the funds have been cleared as we did not supply them with the May statement (which was not available at the time we send the other documents) and we might not have any money left in the account. If we were told that the money needs to clear first we would have made special clearance and avoid spending more money on rentals.
