Bad Service - only the agent

<p>This is a complaint with regards to an agent, Philly Marais. On Tuesday, 24 May, we tried phoning to make an appointment to view a property in Lyttleton Manor. We tried calling on her cell phone multiple times, both me and my fiance. She never answered her phone. We sent her messages, no reply. We finally called the office and then managed to speak to her. We made an appointment to view the property tonight, 26 May, at 6'o clock. Upon phoning her to let her know that we are at the destination we agreed on, she tells us that she is ill - we could hear that she was on the road and sounded like nothing was wrong. She told my fiance that she fell ill yesterday, but she didn't let us know or arrange for another agent to take us to view the property. We don't have a lot of free time to view properties and had to make special arrangements for tonight. She wasted our time and petrol. This is extremely unprofessional and completely unacceptable!</p>
