Bad service from Seef property

I bought a house by Seef property, not a action property, the time they register the house on my name, I was suppose to move in, but when I contact the agency(Seef property) , they told me to go and get police to take the people out of the house, that is not professional by Seef property, they was suppose to make sure the owner is out of the house, but now its my problem, he already got his commission,
