Bad service from an unbiased Seeff agent
Im extremely appalled and shocked by the amount of bad service I have received from the Seeff estate agent who assisted in getting me tenants for my house. He was extremely pleasant and proactive before I signed the lease agreement. The moment I signed the lease agreement, I hardly ever heard from Jaco again. I recently enquired about interrupting the lease agreement before it lapses, which luckily he responded to inform me that I could give notice to tenants of 20 days if the tenants were in breach. The tenants have been paying the rent late on a number of occasions since moving in. He defended the tenants being in breach, even though he agrees that the lease agreement states that rent is due on 1st of the month and the tenants have not adhered to this, he now moves goal posts to say that they had a 7 day grace period, which is not stated in the contract. The last straw was an exchange of words over the phone this afternoon, which eventually led to him hanging up on me. Am I not a paying client of Seeff? How dare a Seeff agent tell me that Im not a decent human being? I would appreciate a call from Seeff Management on this matter soon, as your number does not appear on your websit
