Bad Agents

I regret to move into that property, since day one I have problems with the agency, There is a two page defect list that I made, they got a contractor to repair some of the things, the things they fixed are cheaply fixed as if it is only temporary fixes, I'm in my 2nd month and still fighting with the agency, there was years last maintenance done on this property and that's why I complain, I had to clean the pool myself and they said that the agency will pay me the amount that they would have paid the contractor to clean the pool, after many emails and phone calls they eventually paid only a portion of the amount, and again after emails and phone calls they paid the rest. If a person rent a house you rent it with all fixtures and you expect all fixtures to be in an working condition, now the agency recon that the owner that is a Doctor does not have any the money to fix all the defects on the property that was neglected for many years and if I'm not happy with the house I can look out for another house to rent, I would like any one to get in contact with me to help me with this situation.
