Dishonesty and *****ing of my deposit.

Securistore Parklands has not been truthful or transparent in the way they conduct their business. I was given the impression that I could contact them at any time when I wanted to collect my belongings from storage.

However, when I contacted them to collect my items, I discovered that some of my belongings were missing. When I raised the issue with them, they claimed that the items were already missing or in that condition when I originally brought them to the storage facility.

Furthermore, they have refused to refund my deposit, despite my request for the return of the funds.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this matter has been handled and believe that customers should be provided with clear and honest information regarding the storage of their belongings, as well as proper accountability for the items entrusted to the company.
