No Spare Key 10 months Waiting

I bought a Mercedes Benz B200 CDI from Secunda Toyota 10 months ago. In the contract I was promised a spare key and with a lot of frustration the best the used car manager could come up with is that he would supply me with a spare key from United Motors but one that just opens my doors because the proper spare key costs too much and he will not pay for that. To wait 10 months just to get such a reply is unacceptable. This is by far the worst experience and service that I have ever had from a premier brand car dealership. I will never recommend Secunda Toyota ever again.
