Horrible Service. Car stopped working

I took my car to be serviced before a trip to durban only to have it go off while driving in Durban and having to take it to a mechanic who said the wires weren’t serviced properly. You’d expect your car to be fine when you take it to a well known brand such as Toyota but no.
