Great service...Toyota Secunda

Great service it was, I went to Toyota Secunda yesterday and the first lady that helped me, told me they were fully booked and it was just after 16:00 as I was trying to explain to her that, on Friday I must drive 936km to Eastern Cape and my wipers are damaged, she said they can only help me on Monday. A gentleman that was standing not so far from her, asked what was the problem and I explained... he took it upon himself and asked me to follow him to Toyota parts and I bought the wipers he installed them right there and there. I hope he remembers I didn't get his name, but Thank you so much.
