Bad service

I took my vehicle in last month for a service, after the service they gave me a list of items that needs to be repaired. On the 27 September 2018 i had an appointment to do the repairs and took my car in the morning just to find out my vehicle was there till 4 pm and no repairs were done as they don't have parts. On the 5 October i received a voice note to say the parts is available, the same day i phoned to mak an appointment forthe 8 October 2018 so i took the vehicle in today and didnt hear anything till 4pm that i phoned and the lady who i spoke too asked me are you sure your vehicle is here. After they made sure my vehicle is really there she said the lady who took the car in the morning will phone me back, i then asked hoe long will it be and she said she cant tell me. So the consultant phonedme back just to let me know my vehicle has to stay over night because it was the wrong v- belt they ordered. I'm really disappointed with the service and won't they my vehicle back there again.
