Appalling service rendered by Secunda Toyota.

I am extremely disappointed by the appalling service rendered to me by Secunda Toyota. In October last year(2019) I took my car for a 30000km service there, they worked on the diff, a plug on the diff came out which resulted on the car’s diff lining being damaged. Now they are saying I should be the one paying for that damage because it didn’t happen after the service.
