Secret Box Furniture - via Makro online... poor product experience

Similar to the other review I see online - I ordered a couch from Secret Box Furniture via the Makro online website... it arrived... not what I ordered... different colour, different dimensions, different shape (it 'resembled' tjhe one advertised, but was very clearly not it) and ... is uncomfortable. I contcted Secret Box directly, as the tie period between receiving the couch and opening it had passed Makros minimum to return (we were renovating, left the couch wrapped up until we could put it in our new guest suite on our guest farm)...Secret Box answered by Whatsapp, asked me to send a pic, asked where I was based - and have ignored every message since then. They have read every message, but ignored. And the quesitons have been simple as 'please tell me my position here - are you willing to take the couch back given that it's not what I ordered' type questions. My aadvice - do not order anything from Secret Box....whether direct or via Makro.
