This company DOES exist but the service is appalling

<p>In this day and age, it is UNACCEPTABLE to wait 20 days for something to be delivered from a company that is not even 40 minutes away by car. (And the items ordered were in stock according to the website.) I totally understand why people believe this to be a ********** company. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of anyone, e-mails are not answered AT ALL. E-commerce at its very worst and there is no way I will go through this again. The only positive thing is that I finally received my order. </p>
