*****ING MONEY, DODGING CALLS

Shocking online service. This company 'sold' me a bluetooth headset which they no longer stock. They failed to tell me this until I threatened them with reporting. They then 'offered' to refund the money (this is after waiting 1 month). It's been another month. No communication or sign of a refund. The telephone is never answered - permanently on voicemail. I can only think of going to the police. Please NEVER do business with these ******!!!!!
