Ordered a product, and fail on any response

I ordered a modem from these people last month, after getting automated reply stating it's being processed, had no response from them since. The phone number they list seems ****, no one ever picks it up. Emailing them is even more fail, never get a reply, never get any joy. It's now been more than a month since ordering, and no matter how many emails I send, there's no sense of service.<br> <br> I just hope no one else makes this mistake...
