Goods not received

Ordered a modem from their website where it is promised that goods would be delivered within 2 or 3 days.<br> Order placed on the 7th of March 2016. Up to date nothing has been delivered. Telephone calls not answered and not returned. E-mails not rep**** to. Suspect this is a **** operation. Beware
