False promises

On the 7th July 2015,an individual named Jason Bramley from Searchmybusiness, intellingent marketing agency, presented what all the could deliver. Excited we wanted to utilise the services, and paid a deposit into his account. To date, 4 days short of 2 months, we are still awaiting the service and a website. He has been busy with a website development for 2 months, producing 2 examples through Kwikweb, which is totally unprofessional. We have had to contact him, email him with empty promises from him all the time. It has now been referred to a man, called Eric at Sureweb in Durban,(we are in JoBurg and Jason is in Pretoria) to try and sort out. We gave Jason 48 hours to deliver 3 days ago and still nothing. We have now handed this over to our attorney to take legal action and retrieve our monies. It is frightening that such deceptive people still continue to conduct business. They have put through a debit order and yet no service. Over promise and under deliver is clearly his policy and the constant lying is frightening, to which he blatantly denies but we have black and white proof of his lies. Please be very careful of this individual and his devious business deals.
