Worst Quality Beds

Good Day, I have bought a Queen size, Sealy Bailey 152cm (Queen) Firm Bed Set from Sleepmasters. This bed is less than 1 year and 6 months and it is already giving problems. It is supposed to be a firm bed and yet it is as sloppy as a cheap mattress.

I paid thousands of Rands to have a quality bed, but this Sealy bed is the worst. I feel it is unfair to pay over thousands of Rands for a good bed and get the worst product ever.

It is supposed to be durable, comfortable and give support, but it doesn’t deliver as it is marketed. They also mention that spring system delivers extra centre support on the hips and lower back, of which it is not true. It is a *******!!! Not to even mention the “10 year warranty” if it cannot reach mere 2 years, what moreover 10 years warranty???

I want and demand a replacement or my money back. The National Consumer Commission will be notified of your ********* and unfair trading.
