Worse service and bad quality beds. Sealy is pathetic

I bought a bed on the 24 December from ok furniture it’s a Sealy bed, on the 30th I started noticing that the bed was dipping on one side and the Matress was sagging, I phoned ok to report the matter, that was within a month of having bought the bed. I haven’t received and feed back since and the bed is very uncomfortable and becoming worse by day.
