Wasted My Money On Sealy
My mum's Jubilee Pamper Top had to be replaced after a year under warranty due to the mattress sagging. I took my mum to experience the replacement, a Strato Pamper Top at Dial-a-Bed Umgeni Business Park before paying the warranty fee. The bed that we received is very firm compared to the one we experienced at the Dial-a-Bed showroom. I took my mum and brother and went back to the store to confirm this. I lodged a complaint. The Sealy inspector that came out reported that there's nothing wrong with the mattress we received. On closer inspection of the mattress I found that the only soft part of the mattress is the thin layer on the top, the rest of the do-not-turn mattress is made up of a very hard spring base. I'm not going to waste anymore of my time and money on Sealy. I'm in the process of buying my mum a Green Coil bed (sold at House & Home) which is far superior and comfortable, and you can sleep on both sides of the mattress. Sealy is no longer the quality brand that it used to be and I'm just disappointed that we had to learn this the hard way, literally!!!
