THE WORST QUALITY BED EVER
<p>I bought a brand new Sealy bed from them, I didn’t even had the bed for a week and the base collapse. I called bradlows in silverton and it took them a month to send an inspector. The inspector advise that I’m not the first complaining about this bed. I contact bradlows advising them that I want a different type of bed seeing this Sealy bed’s is a weak quality. After waiting another month they made me chose a new bed which was fine with me. The week before delivery they call me informing me that they will be bringing my new base as they can’t replace the hole bed .</p> <p> </p> <p>NEVER BUY A SEALY BED AS THERE PRODUCT IS AS BAD AS THERE SERVICE.</p> <p> </p>

I have investigated your complaint and as per the findings only your base has been authorise for exchanged.Please be advised that our products are hand made .
As stated in our warranty card, we only exchange the faulty item and only if there is a factory related fault. At this time there is no factory fault on your mattress, and unfortunately we can not exchange your mattress . I will forward you our warranty card to your email for your reference.
