Still waiting for call promised today

Well they came out to assess the problem, I got a call on Friday saying they had to pass it on to the supervisor when they got in on Monday, well it's now after 3pm on Monday and I am still waiting for a call. With tomorrow being a holiday I guess I will leave to wait until Wednesday go figure. In the meantime still got major back problems will soon have to start sleeping on the floor to sort it out. What a joke.
