Second hand bed with bed bugs

My apologies for you getting the one star but Russels is not registered with hello peter, and it is your product, Ref number S235115 Sipho had granted the exchange and JD group had in return given me another bed, unfortunately I was not here when the exchange took place as I was at work, the afternoon when I got home and made the bed up I realized that it was not a new bed as you could see someone had already slept on it due to the meterial lifting etc, I spoke to their HQ and to Marvel I even sent him pictures of the bed, the base it making a noise they stated the case is not closed as yet, when asking Marvel what's going on he kept telling me its still open, I now have bites all over my body and I am the only one that is being bitten, I asked Marvel 2 days before the lock down to assist as it had been +-3weeks since I got this second hand bed, I was told Corona was causing them to be back logged what an excuse.
