Sealy Queen Grande II - ******* Quality

I purchased a bed from Ok Furniture at the end of November 2024. After the first two months even with weekly rotation the bed started caving in on both sides leaving a bubble in the middle. Less than six months down the line it's the most uncomfortable matrass, waking up with daily aches and pains. I've logged a complaint with OK Furniture Greenacres PE and am now waiting for feedback from Sealy. If I had known this I would have opted for another brand..very dissatisfied and disappointed..quality certainly not what it used to be.
