Sealy poor quality beds

I bought a Sealy king size bed about 3 years ago 1 year into sleeping on this bed the bed had sagged allot on both sides, I complained to Sealy and they exchanged it for a new exactly the same bed. 6 months later this new bed sagged even worse then the previous one. I called them and told them I wanted a completely different bed because I can't keep on going through this process. They then told me I needed to pay about R2300 to get the bed replaced. I just can't believe Sealy is making such poor quality beds and their warranties are **** too. I'm so disappointed and I'm not willing to spend more money to replace a bed that was clearly of poor quality and badly made in the first place. I want my money back or I want this bed replaced with a bed that doesn't leave me with back pain every morning.

Hi Sonia, Thank you for your email, your matrass set was bought 17/08/2023 and is out of guarantee and falls in the warrantee period 1+9 meaning 1 year guarantee and 9 year warrantee, Calculation charges for repair or replacement in service warranty period: Divide your dealer’s current retail price by the total limited warranty, multip**** by number of years since purchase date on your original proof of
purchase invoice, e.g. R4999.00 ÷ 10 = R499.90 x 4 years since date of purchase = R1999.60 + VAT. An inspection fee and a transportation fee will be charged for invalid claims within the Total Service Warranty Period.
A recovery fee will be charged for unsanitary product within Total Service Warranty Period. If the Sealy product purchased is no longer available, Sealy will substitute with a comparable model at the current retail price.
should you require refund that must be taken up with the purchasing store. Thanks Verdi
