Sealy manufacturing bad quality beds

Am not happy with the service i received from zakhele from Midrend , i bought a bed few days later i called and told the that the bed is not comfortable and when you sit or sleep you can feel and hear the springs and he asked that i send him pictures i did that on the 4th of may up yo date i have never received communication or know what is going to happen i bought the bed for R6000.00 for a bed of bad quality and it seems like they dont care because they have the money , i bought the bed because i just gave birth and my body was painful so i needed comfort only to get what i have which is making my body more painful because it feels like am sleeping on the springs/ what nonsense are you manufacturing
