Sealy beds quality is terrible

I bought a bed from Bears that is apparently the best quality. The bed has been giving me backache so bad that I wake up in the night and cant move or turn and I battle with aching shoulders. The matress is getting soft and falling a hole. This quality is horrible. I did log a complaint at Bears and are still waiting for a answer.
